Thank you for shopping with Urban Goddess Glam & Beauty. We want your shopping experience to feel effortless from checkout to delivery. The information below explains our order processing, shipping, tracking, and delivery policies.

Order Processing

Orders typically require 3–7 business days for processing before shipment.

Processing time is separate from shipping or transit time.

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude U.S. federal holidays.

Because some products may be fulfilled by different suppliers or fulfillment partners, processing times can vary by item. During high-volume periods, product launches, sales, or holidays, processing may also take longer.

Estimated Delivery

Once an order has been processed and shipped, here is what you can typically expect for U.S. deliveries:

•  US warehouse fulfillment: 2–10 business days after shipment

•  Standard fulfillment: 7–20 business days after shipment

Most orders arrive within 2–10 business days of shipment. During peak seasons, or for items fulfilled internationally, delivery may take up to 20 business days.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping method, destination, carrier, supplier, and product availability.

Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout or in tracking information are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Some products may ship separately or from different fulfillment locations. If your order contains multiple items, you may receive more than one package.

Shipping Costs

Available shipping methods and applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Shipping costs may vary based on the order, destination, selected shipping method, and other fulfillment factors.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, customers will receive shipping or tracking information after their order has been fulfilled.

Please allow time for the shipping carrier to scan and update a newly created tracking number. Tracking information may not update immediately after shipment.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact Urban Goddess Glam & Beauty as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or fulfillment.

Urban Goddess Glam & Beauty is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.

Shipping Delays

Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, customs processing, supplier delays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit delays may be outside the direct control of Urban Goddess Glam & Beauty.

Lost, Missing, or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows that your package is still in transit beyond its expected delivery date, please review the carrier's tracking information first.

If you believe your shipment has been lost or there is another delivery problem, contact us with your order number and relevant tracking information so we can help review the situation.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location, with household members, nearby neighbors when appropriate, and the carrier's delivery information before contacting us.

International Shipping

International shipping availability, shipping charges, and delivery estimates are determined by the options available at checkout.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are separate from the purchase and shipping charges collected by Urban Goddess Glam & Beauty unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Customs processing may also affect delivery times.
